The repair was made and vehicle ready for us to pick up four days prior to the first date we were given. Tim, Service Manager, was very polite and understanding each time I spoke with him. It was pouring four days prior to the first date we were given. Tim, Service Manager, was very polite and understanding each time I spoke with him. It was pouring rain on the day I picked up the van and he drove it inside the bay so I would not have to battle the rain again which was a very nice gesture. Although the repair cost seemed high, it was probably in line with other repair shops. We were disappointed some of the cost was not covered on the extended warranties. More
