ANYONE PLANNING TO DO BUSINESS AT THIS DEALERSHIP PLEASE NOTE THEY HAVE RECENTLY STARTED CHARGING A 3% UPCHARGE ON ALL CREDIT CARD TRANSACTIONS. Took my car in for an oil change. Three days later, oil leak. Took it back and they claimed it was fixed. Today, another oil leak and now I have to wait for something they did wrong b Three days later, oil leak. Took it back and they claimed it was fixed. Today, another oil leak and now I have to wait for something they did wrong before I get my car back. I should not have to wait for something they did or didn't do. Then the service guy wants to talk to me about an alignment...REALLY! So irrelevant. Just fix my car and do it right. Problem is no matter where we go, NOBODY does the job right THE FIRST TIME! We always have to go back and it is exhausting for people like me who work 16 hour days. Just do it right the first time. I will never come back to this Loser Circle again. So mad 😡 More
The internet sales contact was very professional and polite. The guy who followed was argumentative and repetitive, The car showed as having frame damage on Car Gurus website, It showed a clean CARFAX polite. I'm not qualified to say if a car has been professionally repaired. He never said he'd get Car Gurus to correct what he said was inaccurate. It's the 1st thing I would have done. The fact the car was at the dealership for a very long time told me to walk away. More
I absolutely do not recommend this dealer. This dealership places thousands of dollars of additional fees to take advantage of people.
