I enjoyed working with my sales person (Eric Tonkonogy), he was professional and courteous. While i didn't buy a new VW, he was happy to help me with a used vehicle. My salesperson, Eric Tonkonogy, was friendly, understanding, and very knowledgable of this car. He took the time with me to review all the features of the Atlas that I purchased. My second Tiquan. ..the dealership is wonderful, both service and sales! Always friendly, understanding, and patient. Both times, my salesperson, Eric Tonkonogy, found ..the dealership is wonderful, both service and sales! Always friendly, understanding, and patient. Both times, my salesperson, Eric Tonkonogy, found me the perfect VW...he is so patient and has the car manual memorized. No pressure. A different atmosphere than most dealerships. I also, service my car at the dealership...they alway fit me in, drive me home and pick me up... and accommodate my time schedule. Thank you to everyone More

Very pleased with this dealership. Everyone we met was very nice and genuine. Eric was especially nice to work with as he was patient, funny and again very genuine. This is my second Tiquan that I have bought at Wellesley Volkswagen! Everyone was so nice and everything was just so easy! Eric Tonkonogy, my salesperson, (I asked for him this second time) was well info Volkswagen! Everyone was so nice and everything was just so easy! Eric Tonkonogy, my salesperson, (I asked for him this second time) was well informed...he clearly had the Tiguan models and manual memorized! Having an awesome salesperson, who took the time to listen to my needs, to help me pick out the model that would be appropriate, and after the sale, made sure I was able to use the many features....this was most important! I was never hurried, rushed or pressured.... I love my new awesome SEL R-line Tiguan...it is incredible and even better than I ever expected!!! Thank you Eric and thank you to everyone in the service department who have been so wonderful to me in the past with my 1st Tiquan! More
