This is the second VW that I have purchased at this dealership. My salesperson Jens was very helpful in choosing the right car for me. Last minute when I went to pick up the white Taos I saw the blue SEL in the showroom. I want that one... It was a very last minute choice that required extra work in the office. In addition, I never felt any hint of pressure... the philosophy at Wellesley VW seems to be to assist the customer in any way possible but without trying to control things... this is VERY different from most car dealers, and much appreciated. I'd had that experience when I bought a car from Wellesley VW in 2009, and it was great to see that things hadn't changed. More
