I called the dealership today to see if they can get me an appointment for my car oil change and without any problems they scheduled me for the same day. The service consultant was great she was friendly and attentive to my needs. I was there for a promotion price but when recommended the additional service. I was told I was not able to use /combine the attentive to my needs. I was there for a promotion price but when recommended the additional service. I was told I was not able to use /combine the discount coupon that was sent to me , which I was confused because the coupon failed to mention no combined discounts as matter of fact all discounts showed on the same flyer I was trying to add wheel alignment but they wouldn’t accept it . But I got my flyer back with rest of discounts and only the spring travel package cut off . Which technically I would just need to make another appointment and get the discounted alignment ? Why not just take care of it since I’m already there ? Also when I picked up the vehicle I was disappointed that there was no wash done ? Not sure if they don’t do it anymore ? I understand it’s a courtesy but I was never told about it on why it wasn’t done or that they were not doing them at the beginning of my service , other than that, great service ! More
