You are warned. Do not do business with Audi North Scottsdale. They do not stand behind their cars. All the they try to do is get money out of you. They say: "Our Do not do business with Audi North Scottsdale. They do not stand behind their cars. All the they try to do is get money out of you. They say: "Our goal is to provide you with a personal, unique and responsive Audi experience." This is a total lie!!! I brought in a car with a broken oil level indicator light/sensor. I know it is the light/sensor because I manually checked the oil and it is 100% at the right level. The car only has 35,000 miles and just got out of warranty. Instead of trying to fix the light, they said I had to pay $220 for a diagnostic check and they they will give an estimate of what it will take to fix a light/sensor (that they agreed should have lasted longer than 35,000 miles.) Since it just got out of warranty and it is a low mileage car, I asked if they would cover the repair for something that should not break soon. A big resounding NO. All they are about is getting money out of you. They do not stand behind their cars. This leads to the conclusions that Audi cars are crap!! Don't buy an Audi and do not go to Audi of North Scottsdale! More
