We have tried to contact our salesman Sawyer Boehm and the finance manager Josef Trzos without any success. They both were so friendly and helpful when we purchased and picked up our car, but since then the finance manager Josef Trzos without any success. They both were so friendly and helpful when we purchased and picked up our car, but since then we have been totally ignored, even tho that was not the way they talked when we were there. They assured us they would be there for us. Does that sound like it? We sent the following e-mail on April 8 and still did not get a response. "After purchasing the car and doing all the paper work, our son and the two of us headed out of the Cities for our home in ND in hopes to be ahead of the weekend rush hour. Our son was our driver and we were on the road for a short while when he noticed a crack on the windshield. That following Monday after Easter, we called our salesman, Sawyer Boehm, and we left a message with him. He did return our call and we explained the crack in the windshield and he said he would look into it. We took the car to our local body shop and he took several pictures of the crack in the windshield and we e-mailed the pictures to Sawyer and to Jozef Trzos, the Finance Manager. At the conclusion of our purchase, Jozef reiterated that if we had any problems or questions he would help us. Since then we have not heard from either of them nor anyone from AutoNation Ford. We have tried numerous times and Sawyer did not answer the phone nor return a call. We also tried to call Josef Trzos using the extension number listed on his card and in one phone call a “Mike” talked to us and transferred us to the sales manager. We left a message with the sales manager and we have not heard back from him either. We are very disappointed that we have had no responses in over a week and we hope to hear from you before we need to take further steps to resolve this action.
