Worst experience of my life. I have nothing against the sales person I worked with. I purchased a used jeep less than a month ago. Hesitant, and mentioned that if there were any I have nothing against the sales person I worked with. I purchased a used jeep less than a month ago. Hesitant, and mentioned that if there were any large fixes in that 1st month if they were going to do the right thing and fix it, IF this happened.. guess what... the engine blew up on me.... and they have refused to help in any way. Bad communication and horrible business. Yes. I know buying a vehicle as is and used has its hurdles. That's why I purchased a warranty, had the conversations I had prior to buying. This company in the beginning told me they would fix it if we paid.... mind you we haven't even had this for a month!!!!! And now, they say they don't have the tools to fix a leak..... im so enraged and disappointed by the service here. Being treated like less than desirable customer. It's been weeks of back and forth, so much spent on rideshares, being put out of work and schedules for this. I don't feel like this company is doing what a good business should do. NEVER buy from here unless you're buying a brand new car...... im sure that experience is much better and you'll probably be treated better than I was. So a month in and my car is broken and sitting unfixed, thousands in and a vehicle that doesn't run without overheating, sold with issues and no repercussions for anyone but me. More
Untrustworthy, unethical. Prior to contacting BMW of Denver, I had read the reviews of this dealership on another platform. I decided to give them an opportunity. Sure enough Prior to contacting BMW of Denver, I had read the reviews of this dealership on another platform. I decided to give them an opportunity. Sure enough it ended up a poor experience like many others. I contacted them about a 2017 C43 AMG with 90K miles. Straightway Mr. Goldmon was aggressive. He sent me their out of state requirements via email. He asked if I had planned a trip some 30 minutes after sending photos and deposit requirements. Absurd. When I stated that there was no inspection or reconditioning report he said well we just got it in and that it appears in excellent condition. A dubious claim. I expressed all of the components that could fail which were ignored. Fast forward 1 week later. He contacts me again. He stated that any car can be purchased while going thru recon. I said let's wait for the recon to be be finished. I grew suspicious. I've been buying cars for 20 years and never heard of such a thing. Why would you do that? This morning January 6th he tells me they sold the car last night when he contacted me 3:35 local time on Friday. The he has the gall to ask if I'm interested in other cars. I told him what I thought of the management. I won't repeat that here. It's pretty clear they had no intention of inspecting the car or reconditioning it. More
Overall just a poor experience. they seem disorganized. I decided to buy the car but given I was over an hour away I could not make it the next day to pick it up. I offered to pay a they seem disorganized. I decided to buy the car but given I was over an hour away I could not make it the next day to pick it up. I offered to pay a non refundable deposit and sign a contract of sale but they said no if someone comes in we will sell the car to them and will not hold the car for you. They offered a trade in value multiple thousands below several other dealerships I had been in. Was told maintenance was complementary for the next 3 years then after contract signing was told no it is not included but you can pay 4k to have this added. I didn't like the humans there and overall a crap experience. I would not recommend them at all. More
This is my 3rd new BMW from BMW of Denver Downtown and once again, it was an excellent experience (2023 X3 M40i). Edward Freehart and Seisho Limbacher know how to make a customer feel like a VIP. I cann once again, it was an excellent experience (2023 X3 M40i). Edward Freehart and Seisho Limbacher know how to make a customer feel like a VIP. I cannot understand the negative reviews as our transactions, from custom ordering to trade-in to delivery, pricing and finance have all been amazing! I HIGHLY recommend this dealership and Seisho to deal with. 5 stars hands down, I won't go anywhere else! More
Terrible experience. will never go back. dropped my mint condition rare-spec M2 Competition off for service, returned to me with over $3,000 damage that dealership refuse will never go back. dropped my mint condition rare-spec M2 Competition off for service, returned to me with over $3,000 damage that dealership refuses to fix and told me to file a claim with my own insurance. They were super rude in my interactions and didn't express any remorse. Was literally inquiring with them about purchasing an X5M, which obviously is off the table....bad business practices, unethical dealership. More
Had our car serviced here and it was left over night! There was a hail storm and our car was damaged, dents on the hood roof etc and a cracked windshield. After speaking with Manager Edward Freehart, he There was a hail storm and our car was damaged, dents on the hood roof etc and a cracked windshield. After speaking with Manager Edward Freehart, he helped guide us to getting the correct repairs started/completed! I was amazed at his customer service it was second to none. After the stress of having our expensive BMW damaged by the storm he has put my mind at ease and gone above and beyond to get our vehicle back to looking tip top! Couldn’t be happier and applause to BMW Denver and the team. More
By far the worst experience I have ever received at any auto service department - especially a BMW one. I have worked with Kuni Lexus and Schomp BMW in the past, but BMW of Denver Downtown is the poorest a auto service department - especially a BMW one. I have worked with Kuni Lexus and Schomp BMW in the past, but BMW of Denver Downtown is the poorest and rudest service I have ever received. My BMW was leaking oil so I took my vehicle in for service. The service advisor, Phillip Graham took a look at my car and suggested that the valve cover needed to be replaced and it'll cost me $2,224.90. I asked Phillip Graham to have the technician look at it and get back to me with the diagnosis. Typically any reputable BMW service will send me a video of the diagnosis. I never received one. I also did not receive any communication from Phillip Graham until the following evening that my car has been serviced and fixed. I had a meeting with the service manager (Robert) to complain about the poor service that I had encountered from Phillip Graham, the manager indicated this was a common practice and was defensive in his tone and mannerism. Same Phillip Graham later behaved like a petulant child in front of his manager. Neither the manager (Robert) nor the service advisor (Phillip Graham) understands customer service. As a result, I will not recommend BMW of Denver Downtown to anyone. If you're taking your vehicle to them for service, please be sure to get a quote from elsewhere. BMW of Denver Downtown service's practice is not honest nor is it reputable. Stay away if you can. More
WORST BMW service ever experienced. Dishonest and Incompetent! While my X5 was in for an oil change, they broke my windshield in half! They admitted it happened in the shop but state Dishonest and Incompetent! While my X5 was in for an oil change, they broke my windshield in half! They admitted it happened in the shop but stated that it "must have been the weather". Complete buffoons! Steer clear from this place. More
Very comfortable dealership, very large showroom and service center. Rod was very courteous and helped us with a fast transaction on a CPO 5 series. service center. Rod was very courteous and helped us with a fast transaction on a CPO 5 series. More
unfortunately and literally, the most disorganized, underwhelming group I've ever had the pleasure to speak to. From the start of finding the vehicle and making contact - 4 people until you speak to an underwhelming group I've ever had the pleasure to speak to. From the start of finding the vehicle and making contact - 4 people until you speak to an actual sales person. Once a sales person called me (20 minutes later than appointment time), I tried to set up a video call (which is offered by the dealership) to view a vehicle, however the sales person wouldn't commit to an actual "meeting time"; and stated" it would be hard if another customer came in at that time". I asked him if I was a customer, but he wouldn't say :) haha.... so poorly trained; shop elsewhere. More
