Al Cusano is the best service manager I have ever worked with. He listens to the customer and ensures what needs to be done gets done, with no extra charges for unnecessary system analysis or unnecessary r with. I have been using bowditch ford for over 30 years, Al and his team as well as the other associates have treated me awesome and with respect.
