I was expecting this to be complicated because I was out of town and asked a friend to handle this for me. Charlette was helpful and easy to work with, the service was done quickly, and with feedback that w of town and asked a friend to handle this for me. One note: This turned out not to be a big deal, but I thought I'd be able to pay with a debit card to avoid the surcharge, but because the transaction was done over the phone I had to use a credit card. Worst car buying experience. Battery was dead when I went to see the car. They couldn’t find the keys . Dealership was dirty and ripped old office furniture. I have had problems with the car since I drove it off the lot. Only one of which they covered after having to bring it back twice and then having it for two weeks. It’s going to cost $1400. Saying I should have bought an extended warranty. I drove it less than 100 miles. Definitely not the “customer centric” experience they advertise. Dismissive and condescending More
