Need help I need my plates or temp plates been 2 months and still nothing. I got my car had temp plates. They were about to expire called my salesman I had them instant in my email. Can’t track a soul down. Been talking with Jovanni. Took a long time to get a response. Was supposed to get back to me of course has not. My temp plate expired the 17th. Today is the 22nd and still nothing. So I can drive my car. I call not even the front desk picks up and this is during office hours. Amazing. All I want is my plates. I guess since Casa took over only the employees are happy I am not as a third time customer! More

My 2024 Hyundai Santa Cruz Night Edition with 1,700 MILES needs a new engine already before my first payment. What solutions was I offered: Sell the car back to them for less, or trade it in for less because needs a new engine already before my first payment. Did they help me get into contact with someone that could help? NO! Did the sales manager promise to find me a solution that would make me happy, and then did nothing about it? YES! I do not recommend Casa Auto Group or Casa Hyundai of Las Cruces for any type of car purchase. More
We just purchased a 2018 Honda CR-V from Braden Tidwell at Casa Autoplex. Braden was very attentive and helpful.
