Time in the dealership during pick up was one hour education on the car and 20 minutes paper signing. I have a mixed review for this dealership. I had a 12:00 appointment and texted on my way. Michael had my car up front but we had to wait 1 hour to get the keys and someone to show it to us. We had originally wanted a different color but when we got there it had sold. He did find us one right off the truck which was great and that is the one we went with. The finance went smooth and he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable but waiting on documents to be printed was the slowest that I have ever witnessed. We were there for 7.5 hours and only 30 min of that was picking out a car. The dealership was busy and if I would have known that that I would be there that long, I would have come back to fill out the paperwork and finalize the deal. Communication was awful, we were told "it should just be a few more minutes" for hours. No one should be sitting in a dealership for 7.5 hours....... More

I chose this dealer even though it was in the next state because the dealer near me which offered a lot of bells and whistles could not get the car I wanted and kind of gave up.
