The salesman, Evan, was pleasant and easy to work with. Following the sale, I noticed some missing elements from the car (my fault - I should have caught them sooner), and when I reached out to ask about them, they responded after a few days and, to their credit, agreed to take care of them, thereby building some goodwill with a relatively easy gesture, but one that not every dealership would do. I've been driving VW cars since the '80's and when the time comes to buy another one I will start my search with Coastal, as I appreciate a dealer who prioritizes building a relationship over short term profit. The service guy were good,But was not happy with the outcome .Brought car in for noisy wipers, was told nothing wrong with the way they were torque down that it was the blades ,the blades were only 6 outcome .Brought car in for noisy wipers, was told nothing wrong with the way they were torque down that it was the blades ,the blades were only 6 months old . Did not like the answer ,then was told they could replace for 62 dollars.I did it but thought about that means every 6 months have to replace at 134 dollars ayear that is un heard of my car is 2023. Of all the brands of cars I have had never had this problem. Not happy at all. More
