Do not bring your car to Nissan of Greenville collision, which is Greenville Collision Cebter at the Toyota of Greenville dealership! They have had my vehicle for 2 months and I still don't have it back! Th which is Greenville Collision Cebter at the Toyota of Greenville dealership! They have had my vehicle for 2 months and I still don't have it back! There is always some kind of delay even though the insurance company has paid for everything in advance! Terrible! I thought bringing the car to the Nissan dealer would be the best thing for quality, especially since I bought the car there but all communication, although consistent was vague at best, and very noncommittal because they have too many cars in line to keep to a schedule. Will never buy another car from this dealership group! More
The cars are junk. They sell a warranty that isn't honored so you have to pay to repair the junk cars they sell. I called two days ahead about replacing the volume switch on my steering wheel and explained exactly what part I needed. When I went to the dealership I waited an hour and a half just for them to call me out on my steering wheel and explained exactly what part I needed. Do not do business with salesman Angel Reyes. 10/21/2023 I called to purchase a Fiat that I was prequalified for with Capital One. Since I am out of state I asked for a video of the car. The manager assigned Angel to me and he sent me the video at 10:26am. At 10:31am I texted him back and said I want to purchase the car if we can agree on price. Price agreed and at 10:49am Angel texted me the credit application to go forward with my purchase which I completed within 5 minutes. He then tells me I'm approved for a payment of $180 monthly. I then had to ask him what bank and it was a different one than Capital One. Still I was fine with that and asked him what was the APR. He stated he didn't know and someone from finance would call me to review details. Instead of a call from them he called me back asking for a $500 deposit without the APR info. There was no need to pay a deposit when I was instead ready to pay my $1,400 down payment to BUY the car instead of a deposit to just hold it. At 2:39pm he sent me an image of a loan payment calculator (from a random website) and then tells me that another customer walked in wanting to look at the car but the finance department would call me back to proceed. I never received the call. So first thing Monday I call to finish this process and he tells me he sold the car to someone else. I asked how could he sale a car that I was purchasing and that they already ran my credit for. He stated rudely "thats the way we do business." I stated that it was not professional or proper to sell a car to someone else while someone else was in the process of purchasing it. I asked for a manager and he refused stating that they will tell me the same thing. I then called the General Manager Mike O'Leary and he stated that this is not the way they conduct business and Angel was wrong for this. Agreed but now I have a unwanted ding on my credit report with no car. Also who ever purchased the car got scammed into paying a higher price and that greed was Angel's motivation for selling it from under me. This affected my credit and completely wasted my time. Because I don't think I'm the only one he did this too I am filing a report with the FTC and BBB. Again GM Mike O'Leary was great but having an a unethical employee like Angel Reyes is unacceptable. My car has been in service for almost 2 months now. First it "needed" a new engine for oil sludge. $8,500. When I picked it up, I went home. An hour later, I tried to go to the store and sure enough, the car wouldn't start. They told me to try to jump-start the car and bring it back to them. After being unsuccessful for a couple of days, I called a tow truck to pick it up and take it back to Crown Nissan. They put a new battery in it and called to tell me it was ready. When I picked it up, the tailgate alarm went off before I even exited the parking lot. I immediately turned around and went back to the service department. They're now saying I owe a $300 deductible for the warranty to cover it. I expressed my frustration over more money when they promised everything had been checked and it was perfect. The service associate said that was the best he could do. I spoke to the service manager who said he had a solution and just needed to clear it with his boss. It's been an entire week and I have not heard back. I have called and left callback requests countless times. I even requested to escalate the call or continue holding for him when he gets a chance. The woman was incredibly rude and hung up on me. ...I still know absolutely NOTHING about my car. This is ENTIRELY UNACCEPTABLE. More
Even though I was on the lot hru the whole financing process and told them who I wanted to finance thru they still ran 7 hard inquiries thru my credit report. They also came up with a 9.9% interest rate with a 755 FICO score. I was never consulted on the process until papers were ready to sign. And then I find out that there was a 3000.00 dollar extra charge on my loan that ends up being the salesman's commission. Since when does the buyer pay the salesman's commission? This dealership is a rip off and I would never reccomend them to anyone. Last but not least,the engine light came on 2 days after purchase. This was a used car with no warranty. More
Update: After talking with the Service Manager Ryan, my husband and I see that there was a breakdown in communication that left us very upset and unaware of what really was going on. I really appreciate Ryan taking the time to communicate with us about what went wrong and how things could be done better in the future. They quoted me one price prior to servicing my car. When I arrived at the dealership, I was quoted a higher price. Once I informed Austin of the difference in the price, he talked to me as if I had changed the prices. That was on them. They quoted me the price, and I was there to pay it! More
