Wouldn't take my certified check, had to come back. One of the fees listed on board of standards was not the same fee as was on my invoice. The dealership should have "ate" the difference or offered a could more free oil changes or something. Big pluses for Jason, he did a great job and kept me informed. I know I made him do extra work to brush up on the Prime and I would nominate him to be your dealerships go-to guy for any EV/hybrid purchases from anyone in the future. These vehicles are so advanced, you need someone who specializes in them. I would also invite customers back for a follow-up visit after they have had their car for about a month to go over any of these features the new car owner had discovered while driving the vehicle their first month and were unsure of or just need a refresher. There is so much to take in at the time of purchase, you just can't absorb everything. More
