This is the best BMW dealership in the Bay area. Everyone here is respectful, and very helpful. The sales personnel have great knowledge of the vehicles and make you feel very welcome. In particular both, Amir M. and Anmol B., did a great job showing me vehicles I was interested in and co-ordinating the sale. I never felt rushed or pressured, only re-assured. Jon H. did a great job handling my complicated purchasing situation and I am very grateful for him helping me figure this out. David L. in finance answered my many questions and explained everything very patiently and clearly. Everyone here from the reception staff, to sales, finance and service does an excellent job of handling any questions and concerns. Overall, I am very satisfied with the whole process and would recommend anyone shopping for a car to stop by! More

Anmol and Amir were amazing. They were very nice and polite. They did Great follow-ups. We were undecided between pre-owned vs new and they happily showed us all the options. They insisted, we test drive both to get better understanding. In fact, when we visited East Bay BMW, we were still undecided on even X5 vs GLE. I feel, our experience with them while visiting the dealership was one of the factor making us choose X5 over GLE. More
