5/22/2024 - scheduled a standard service for oil change and tire rotation. They called in the afternoon with over $3000 of “recommended” services. I asked if these services are regularly scheduled at my cu and tire rotation. They called in the afternoon with over $3000 of “recommended” services. Brought vehicle in for a recall repair but waited over an hour to find out they had to special order the part and I'd have to come back another day to have it repaired. Took the car here for simple oil change. Initially was told my oil change would cost $200!!!!!! Couldn’t believe it.
