This was my first time using the Cadillac Service Center. They were efficient and did a great job. The work was done before the allotted time, which was a pleasant surprise, considering I was waiting. The C They were efficient and did a great job. The Cadillac Service Center offers a wide array of refreshments, from coffee and lattes to soda pops and water. They even have a delightful basket of snacks, ensuring you're well taken care of during your visit. The only hiccup was the carwash unit was broken, so there was no wash :-(. But overall, I will go back and only to Cadillac in Henderson.. My apologies. I am trying to remember the name of the gentleman who helped me, Adam or Alex. But he was awesome! More

The ABSOLUTE WORST DEALER EVER! STAY AWAY! They price gauge you and then don't deliver on what you pay for. 3 months my brand new escalade sat in service for an oil leak. No cadilla STAY AWAY! No cadillac to drive while it's under warranty because they sold off their fleet for service vehicles during covid to get top dollar on them while used cars were $$ the roof. They overcharged me $10,000 just be because they could because of "limited inventory." After 3 month waiting for service to get their act together it came back with a vibration it never had before. Took it back less than a month later. They "fixed" it. It's still been vibrating since it's been back and still leaking oil. I told my service advisor 8 weeks ago it's still having the same problem. He hasn't followed up w me 1 time since then. My husband has been in the hospital and I told him I wasn't able to get it there. They offer "door to door" service now?? They didn't offer to come and pick up my car to fix it for the 3rd time and it's not even 2 years old w under 18,000 miles on it. FINDLAY CADILLAC IS A JOKE I WOULD NEVER SPEND ANOTHER DIME THERE GO ANYWHERE ELSE. OH wait, I did speak with their new "General sales manager Cliff" without even having a real meeting with me or looking at any real pricing he told me it would cost me ANOTHER $80,000 OUT OF POCKET TO TRADE IT IN FOR A NEW ONE! IM SORRY I JUST SPENT $150,000 ON THE ONE I HAVE THATS STILL BRAND NEW! SALE IS A JOKE, SERVICE IS A JOKE, AND SHARON THE SERVICE MANAGER COULD CARE LESS. EVERYTIME I CALLED DURING THE 3 MONTHS MY CAR SAT THERE ALL SHE WOULD TELL ME IS THE SYSTEM STILL SAYS THE PART IS BACKORDERD. I DROVE CARS THAT WERE NOT EVEN CADILLACS OR IN THE SAME CATEGORY AS WHAT I HAVE. I SAID I WILL DRIVE ANY CADILLAC, BUT OH THEY DONT HAVE ANY BECAUSE THEY MADE BUKU $$$ OF SELLING THEM DURING COVID. THE SERVICE IS AN ABOMINATION, CHECK THE OTHER REVIEWS. ALL THE RECENT ONES I SAW ABOUT THIS DEAL ARE BAD BAD BAD. STAY AWAY.
