I called in looking for a specific CRV that they happened to have. I work in the auto industry and was pleased with my experience here. I started my purchasing process online and was out the door in under an hour after arriving to the store. They even picked me up when i needed to drop off my rental. I would recommend Garth and Bill to anyone shopping for a car. More
Stay away! !! We bought a Pilot Elite from Fowler and usually I don't get the warranty because I think they are are rip off. This one time however I was persua !! We bought a Pilot Elite from Fowler and usually I don't get the warranty because I think they are are rip off. This one time however I was persuaded to get one just to cover the windshield. I was told that since it had to be recalibrated if the windshield was ever replaced it would be well over a thousand dollars. So we got the extended warranty specifically for the windshield replacement and was told after we asked that it would definitely cover it. Fast forward a couple of years and we get a crack forming on the windshield. Since I was getting my Pilot serviced there for oil changes and things I told them about the windshield. The service dept said they would order a new one and let me know when it arrived. They called and said that the windshield was in but it wasn't covered under warranty!!! That we had a different warranty that didn't cover windshield replacement! When I called to tell them that it was supposed to be covered they transferred me to a sales or finance person and they told me it wasn't covered. I told them I wanted to see that and they said they didn't have that paper work. So how do they know? They told me to find my paperwork and bring it. I said I didn't have it readily available since we had moved to a new house and it was boxed up. He said he would have to get with accounting and get the paperwork. Anyway, I've tried calling and just keep getting the run around. Long story short, they either lied to me when they sold me the warranty or they are just trying not to honor the warranty. Very dishonest and unfortunately typical. I will be in the market for a new vehicle soon but I will not go here and I am not using their service anymore. More
It is 105 degrees outside and two of their air conditioners are out. It is sweltering in the waiting area. This is the second time I have had to bring my car in for repairs and I just bought it 2 conditioners are out. It is sweltering in the waiting area. The car was certified and they promised loaners for service now they are saying they don’t know if they have one but let it slip the the lady who checks out loaners isn’t here. More
Took my 2010 Odyssey for an oil/filter change for a 7 AM appointment. I didn't hear back till the afternoon and was told that the oil drain was stripped and needed to be replaced. I had the oil/filter chang appointment. I didn't hear back till the afternoon and was told that the oil drain was stripped and needed to be replaced. I had the oil/filter change at the same place in July 2021 and no issues were found with the oil pan/drain plug. Basically, the Fowler Honda technician stripped the drain plug but wanted me to pay for the replacement. I left a voice mail for the Service Manager and heard nothing back so far. This is not a place to get your car serviced. I stand by my words and if this issue can be resolved to my satisfaction, I will update this review. At this point, I am extremely disappointed and not happy with the experience. More

I wouldn’t buy from this dealership again. The manager Fred. Made a mistake and then tried to throw it back my way. Then he had me spend over an hour in a Very High Pressure situation to buy some extended Fred. Made a mistake and then tried to throw it back my way. Then the next day I brought back my title and he tried to have some big tall overweight salesman stand at the front. I was treated Very Poorly by the manager Fred and the finance/extended warranty office. My salesman, however was a great experience!!! Great guy. David Hambrick. I felt that his attitude changed after Fred got involved. I got an ok deal. I don’t believe the 36.000 mile service was performed on this vehicle and the salesman that Fred sent over to help me clean out my car literally just threw my stuff in the back of the used car I purchased and walked off. Very uneasy experience. I waited 6 months to do this review. I have not received a follow up call from anybody at the dealership. Generally a very uneasy experience. I have more too say, but that the basics. You want me to rate somebody I never met on the following pages. Who is Amberly Engert? More
