Ed, in all fairness, there is some clarification that needs to be added. Being late to your appointment did not cause a "big deal". When a vehicle enters the service lane, the system shows appointments from that point forward...not back. Jolee did make this a big deal stating that your time cycled out, the tablet was showing appointments for THAT specific time through the end of the day. With regards to your 1 and 1/2 hour wait, this is not factual. From the moment you entered the customer waiting area and sat at the high table in the cafe @ 8:31 a.m. to the time Jolee told you your vehicle was ready @ 9:41 a.m. = 1 hour and 10 minutes. This time included an oil change, tire rotation and a multipoint inspection. In addition to this, I consulted with both Jolee and the mechanic regarding the tires being "soo big they needed a 2nd person" and this too was not true. Based on your unethical verbiage in your review and your demeaning accusations of our service technician staff, we are certain that Green Buick GMC in Davenport, Iowa will happily service your vehicle, moving forward. We have taken the liberty to remove your contact information from our system to ensure you will not be marketed to for any services at our dealership.
