If you're in search of an honest dealership, steer clear of this one. Disappointed, I left without making a purchase. On my way home, I stumbled upon Puente Hills Hyundai, where pricing transparency was refreshing. No hidden fees, just straightforward service. I went to this dealership after Car Gurus showed a discounted price that matched the dealership website. This markdown was on for a few days. During the test drive the sales person said that all use discounted price that matched the dealership website. This markdown was on for a few days. During the test drive the sales person said that all used cars come with a $3,000 "Guardian" package. Went back to the dealership and they quoted me a price of approximately $2,500 more than what was on their website. When I asked about the difference, they said that they must have just marked it down. I left. I tried to buy local and this dealership is the classic bait and switch with nonsense dealer add-ons. I recommend you stay away. I left the name of John Doe in the dealer comments, because I'm not going to call anyone out specifically. his was the worst dealership experience I have ever had! First, I made an appointment and even texted Nicole I was on my way. Then we sat down to negotiate and the sales manager demanded that in order to buy the car we had to purchase the dealership add ons, adding an extra $3,000 to the purchase price. For 15 minutes he treated us as lowlife peasants bullying us into buying these optional add ons. After the 20th time of him saying, “it’s not my car, not my money” this is what you have to do, we got up to leave. Never in my life have I ever had a sales manager treat ME like this! When we got to our car, we realized they had blocked us in! We couldn’t leave! At that point, the sales manager conceded and said we did not have to buy the add ons and the sales girl brought us back into the dealership. We refused to work with sales manager again so someone else took over. When we’re finally got to the finance office, he said “wow how’d you get away with no add ons? Good for you”. So this dealership scams everyone!! Oh I forgot to mention that all of the paperwork said this vehicle came with a trailer hitch but one was not on the car and they refused to honor their own advertisements! Now we get in the car to drive away, no one goes over anything & they only filled the tank halfway! I have NEVER had a dealership NOT fill the tank!! I will never go back and would never recommend anyone go to HGreg! Worst car buying experience EVER! More
