The parts department has been very helpful. The finance department explained nothing. Never reviewed the lease with me. James was helpful in some ways during the sale, but more so afterward. In order to get my second key and car information holder, I was told it would be overnighted to me. In the end, I had to come back and get, so I arranged to meet a Genius halfway to get them. More
