I am dealing with a frustrating situation with my three week old Honda Prologue. My dealings with Honda of Downtown have been a bright spot in an otherwise frustrating situation. Sarah, in the service department, is an absolute star. Unfortunately, I live in Bakersfield and my car is now at Barber Honda, which is the polar opposite to Honda of Downtown Los Angeles. They have no Sarah, and have only had fuel to the fire that is this new car. I'd drive the 120 miles to this location to get my car serviced, if I could actually charge it. More

I purchased the vehicle and states I can pick up the following day at 6pm. When we came it’s not in there and we’ve been waiting for a longtime. If they said 6pm they supposed to be the car ready, but w following day at 6pm. When we came it’s not in there and we’ve been waiting for a longtime. Next time when said the time, just be on time coz I under-time in my job only to keep on waiting there. if I know I need to call first early on time to get ready so that when we arrive, the car already there.
