I am giving this dealership and Michael Lacy a 5 star review. I was in a car crisis at 8am this morning and Michael so kindly went out of his way to help me. From opening the door before starting time af review. I was in a car crisis at 8am this morning and Michael so kindly went out of his way to help me. From opening the door before starting time after my insistent pounding, to his caring, thoughtful, calming attitude during my mini-crisis. He helped me to work step by step to achieve the result I needed…getting my car from where it sat with a dead battery to their dealership. My car is out of warranty and he didn’t need to do anything for me. But he patiently helped me work through processes I needed to do. I can’t speak highly enough of him and this dealership. As staff arrived Michael explained what my situation was and everyone was so kind. This is my second car purchased through this dealership in the last 10 years. 5 star service through all processes. Buying and financing, service and now this above and beyond the call by Michael Lacy. The dealership has a Council of Sales Leadership Award of Silver; it definitely deserves a gold or platinum award. And I will definitely buy my next car from here and recommend them to friends or relatives who are in the market for a car! More

He took a deposit over the phone and everything was ready for me by the time I arrived at the dealer shop later that day. This purchase went through as smooth and quickly as I have ever experienced in buying a car. He did what it took to make it happen and I have never been in and out of a dealership that quickly. We have been leasing and buying our Honda Civic's from Superstition Honda since 2011. I am now on my 5th Civic and love Honda's. We've never had any real issues with Honda but this time there was a hiccup Superstition Honda since 2011. I am now on my 5th Civic and love Honda's. We purchased tires and when the car came out with the new tires, there was grease all over the tires next to the rims and on the rims. It really looked horrible. I haven't had to buy tires since before 2011 because I've always leased the Honda's. This 2019 Civic that we have now we ended up purchasing after the lease was over only because there were no Civic's to be found. So honestly when the tires came out looking like that I did question it and was told that is the way it is done now so that there is no problem with the tires and rims. I thought it sounded odd but didn't really question it. I was told to come back in a week or 2 and they would clean them off. Needless to say my husband saw this, and knew it was not correct. So we went down and spoke with Tommy the Service Manager who made it right. The Service Advisor that I had that day was Alex and he was a very nice and polite person but just made a mistake on this issue. Again Tommy was very apologetic for this and corrected the error. Thank you Superstition Springs Honda for always being helpful and taking care of our Honda's along with your continued outstanding Customer Service. Rick and Jannie More
Went to look at, and purchase, a vehicle that was advertised as certified used. Vehicle was a lease return and had damage to the rear that was repaired poorly to say the least. I informed the salespeople that we were in the market and had already test drove the same model with less mileage at a different location. "We'll beat the price and fix the issue with it." An hour later sitting inside we were quoted a higher price with multiple add-ons, that we were not interested in. So she runs off again and someone else comes over to "explain' it all to us. We discuss tint and doc fees and I'm told that it's a standard fee and ALL dealerships charge at least $599 and sometimes higher. Incorrect I let them know as it's not "standard" and I've been to other dealerships that charge $198 for the same fees and had been at one the week prior. We agree to a price and he has me sign the offer sheet. "That was easy, wasn't it?" was the comment before they walk off. We shake hands and they go off once again. The sales department or manager or Oz or whomever makes the decision said they won't honor the price and show us a price for almost $2,000 more. I'm sure it's all legal what they do and it's not a binding offer, but what a joke and a waste of my time. More

The person I was assigned to Gabbie, wasn’t there, they paged her twice then actually went in the back to get her, when she finally came to her work space, she rolled her eyes & asked why I was there, I showed her the paper for the recall, snatched it out of my hand & said it will take 3-4 hrs. I left & will go to Chandler for any further servicing, my next car (2-5yrs) will be a Toyota. More
