Eric is a 5star service rep in a dealership that seems to care more about their bottom line than the beat fit for the individual customer. Took car in for maintenance service. Arrived 11:00ish. Eric was on it ASAP, I made a request about how long it would take since I had to pick up Grandson from school at 3:30.
