He treats his customers with respect and is a 1st class person who is truthful and honest. A rarity these days in the business of selling cars. Mr. Aaron Baca was great is handling the ordering and delivering of our F-350 and took more time than any salesperson we have ever had in showing/explaining all the intricacies of the vehicles onboard computer. Ryan was a gem! He is a "get to the grit" kind of guy and I greatly appreciate that. We only spent an hour or so (max) at the dealership including our test drive. They were very reasonable and did not try to stick us with Lojack or any of those other "options". It was refreshing for them to offer the services to us rather than force us to take them (at our cost). I had one light come on after we left and called Ryan. He said bring it in to our service department and they will take a look. From what I have read, the service department will be just as enjoyable as our visit with Ryan was.
