This was my best experience buying a used vehicle from a dealership, no hassles, and no pressure to spend more money. The wait time for service is too long. Poor communication. Waited three hours before they even told me what was wrong with my car. went in next day with same issue and was told its a diffe Poor communication. Waited three hours before they even told me what was wrong with my car. went in next day with same issue and was told its a different technician so he has to do his own diagnostics. Another 3.5 hrs of no communication. i only got answers because i kept going out. Only for them to do exactly what the person the day previously had said. Had to wait another hour for the work to be completed. In total 8hrs in two days. More

This is my 7th RAV4- 6th from Ira Toyota! I love the hassle free atmosphere, the space is comfortable and the people are friendly. But what keeps my loyalty the most? My salesman Aiman! I have complete trust in dealing with him. I’ve sent others to him who concur. Aiman goes above and beyond what one might even expect! He doesn’t miss a detail. He’s thorough and efficient! I’m at the point where I can call him a month before my lease is up and he joyfully greets me on the phone and says, it’s that time again, don’t worry- I’ll handle everything!
