I was EXTREMELY IMPRESSED with my visit at Jim Ellis Chevrolet. She never made me feel like “ Ugghh, she’s calling again” . I am a Senior and a female so, she helped me understand why each service repair was needed to help my vehicle operate more efficiently . She also pointed out ways the car was probably running that I did not mentioned to her; she was right, so I felt confident SHE KNOWS HER BUSINESS!! My automobile was not there very long and the parts needed for repair were at the facility. It’s been about two weeks since I picked my vehicle up from the service department and it is still PURRRRRING like a kitten. It almost seems like even the air conditioner is blowing cooler air. My 30,000 mile tuneup went off without a hitch. The workers were very polite, the work was completed in the timeframe provided, and I always enjoy the mechanic’s video recap. When I called, I got hung up on after being transferred and then put up on hold for 5 minutes trying to get someone in the parts department. For $1700 tires, I took my business to Discount Tire for a little more prompt service and attention. More
