I was ok through most the experience but when asked if the car came with a spare tire no one could tell me. The sales rep and finance manager did not know. I had to go and see for myself. The vehicle was the car came with a spare tire no one could tell me. The sales rep and finance manager did not know. I had to go and see for myself. The vehicle was also missing the back cargo piece for the trunk so putting groceries in my trunk are not an option. I wish Kia had noticed that. Overall, this is 2nd soul I've purchased from this dealership and I love the color. I'm happy. More
