I had originally inquired about the 2018 Audi SQ5 the dealer had on the lot. I originally started the process with Cooper, and down the line Adam English took over. Adam was attentive, informative, answered all of my questions, and even had the vehicle waiting up front for me upon arrival. I drove 4 and a half hours to see the car, and it was everything I could’ve hoped it to be. Adam was fantastic throughout the whole process, patient, understanding, and worked the deal and made sure I drove the car home today. Would absolutely recommend all of my friends and family to this dealership, especially to work with Adam! More

After purchase of vehicle, we discovered issues with rear air conditioning as well as random bolts in the cargo tray. Upon further inspection by a body shop it was determined that that the vehicle had been i air conditioning as well as random bolts in the cargo tray. Upon further inspection by a body shop it was determined that that the vehicle had been in some sort of rear end damage/collision. This was a "brand new" 2023 with 250 miles. Sold as brand new. I mentioned it to the dealer and it's been quiet ever since.. Other than that the staff is good. My salesman was excellent he was not pushy. Would use him again if needed. More
Lake City CDRJ was professional and competitive throughout the buying process for my Challenger Scat WB. The staff was friendly and at no time did I feel pressured to add additional coverages in t throughout the buying process for my Challenger Scat WB. The staff was friendly and at no time did I feel pressured to add additional coverages in the finance office that didn’t interest me. As for financing, they were more competitive than my own credit union. I recommend using this dealer as I traveled from out of state to purchase from them. Wesley was great as my salesman and you won’t be disappointed if you go through him. More

Have had various experiences here mostly with the service department and as of today we will not go back there. I have two remaining free oil changes on my Ram but will pay to have them done elsewhere. Qui department and as of today we will not go back there. I have two remaining free oil changes on my Ram but will pay to have them done elsewhere. Quick overview - 2021 they had to do some work on my wife's Dodge Dakota - when she picked it up to go home, the left rear wheel came off in the middle of US 90. The mechanic confessed he may not have tightened the lug nuts after tire rotation. After repairs were made I was not comfortable...the GM stepped up to make it right we worked a deal for a new car that was quite satisfactory - however, even with that he tried to rope me into financing even when he knew I was paying cash. Fast forward to last week. My wife had her vehicle serviced (oil change etc) and on the drive to Gainesville the hood pops open...luckily it didn't completely open but it scared the xxxx out of her for that to happen on the interstate. We spoke to the service manager, again "what can I do to make it right". He offered a full detail. Okay, why not. Dropped it off at 4 pm yesterday with the discussion having been it would take about 4 hours. We planned to pick it up early afternoon today. IT WASN'T READY UNTIL 4:30 THIS AFTERNOON. Service manager didn't bother to alert our advisor nor us that there were cars ahead of us! Once again, his answer? What can I do to make it right. Please. We are done. Rountree-Moore Ford, though part of the same ownership group has a much better service department and communicates! This dealership must spend an inordinate amount of money "making it right" for mistakes made in the service department. Sorry - you have lost my business for good. The only good thing here is the service advisor Blaine. If you have to go there, ask for her. She genuinely cares about her customers. More
