Yeah I'm not completely satisfied after reviewing the inspection video it was stated that the break pads were good and nothing about rear parking brakes motors. Once I agreed to have the sensors done I w inspection video it was stated that the break pads were good and nothing about rear parking brakes motors. Once I agreed to have the sensors done I was then hit with "more problems" and questions around "who did my brakes" seems like since Land Rover didn't do the break work they was able to hit me with more fees and and cost over $3800. It was very disappointing to have paid to have a sensor light removed only to have another light to be turned on then to have all that scanned into the system so if I ever decide to trade the car in, I will be forced to do those repairs. I had my breaks rechecked and everything was fine... so through this experience I probably won't get any more work done through Land Rover $616.72 for an oil change and sensor replacement only to find out I need $3800 worth of work is not a great feeling. I would hope in the future detail inspections are done so unexpected fees aren't thrown at customers. Once I communicated these concerns to the service advisor, I received no response and no follow up. More
Nick Nichols and Wes Kohler as well as Ryan Griep were extremely helpful. I can be a bit "high maintenance" as this was a major purchase for me. My Service Agent was Joshua Velasquez. While there is a Land Rover dealership here in Colorado Springs, the Denver location was recommended as the place to go, so I drove the 79 miles. Joshua met me with a ready-to-go, upbeat attitude. He explained the cost of the diagnostics right up front, which I greatly appreciated. There were no surprises. I liked the video assessment that was provided; giving me a great overview of the current state and things to expect in the near future. As a side note, while I was in the waiting area, there were a couple of other service agents talking to what appeared to be a long-term customer, given the context of the conversation. But the important takeaway was the agents' positive energy, the great things they had to say about General Manager and the positive relationship between sales and service. They described it as they had never seen such collaboration and thoroughly enjoyed coming to work. This is a great testament to the leadership and the sense of value and appreciation the employees feel. Joshua did a great job ~ and the atmosphere reinforced that this is the place to bring my vehicle! More

Dear Land Rover Denver, I have never in my life received such excellent service! From the first call to the last wave, everyone was welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable. I appreciate your entire team, but I must shine a spotlight on your newest hire, Rachide Reese. Wow! What a genuine and conscientious Dealer Associate! I had not planned on bringing my vehicle to the dealership for service but I am so glad I did! Rachide made sure that I was kept informed of my vehicle’s status and took extra care and consideration of my time and property. When he realized the timing of my repair would impact my work, he made sure I had transportation until my repairs were completed. He even was able to access a warranty I didn’t even think of, saving me hundreds of dollars and a huge headache. If I wasn’t told otherwise, I would have thought Rachide had been a part of the Land Rover family for many years. He is wonderful at his job and my vehicle is driving better than ever! As someone who values excellence, I can see why Land Rover Denver has an exemplary Dealer Associate like Rachide Reese. There was never any doubt that my vehicle was in good hands.
