Alex Varela was AMAZING through the entire process! Alex and his Sales Mgr. (Jose Rodriguez) were great! Johnny in finance was amazing as well. I will definitely be back! As for the original guy Alex and his Sales Mgr. (Jose Rodriguez) were great! Johnny in finance was amazing as well. I will definitely be back! As for the original guy who told me he would be there the next day after I talked to him over text and didn't show up... well, he needs additional customer service training. I guess he didn't think I was serious about a brand new Silverado High Country. Alex picked up where he fell short and Alex saved the day!! I sure hope Alex didn't have to share this deal with the other guy, because the other guy did nothing. More
