After dropping off car for service, I was called by a salesperson with a sales pitch asking whether I wanted to sell / trade-in my car. I was told that at 20K the car needed a brake fluid replacement, w salesperson with a sales pitch asking whether I wanted to sell / trade-in my car. I was told that at 20K the car needed a brake fluid replacement, which I paid for. Chevrolet website states that brake fluid needs changing at 150K (https://www.chevrolet.com/content/dam/chevrolet/na/us/english/index/owners/new-certified-service/homepage/ev-maintenance/02-pdfs/EV-Maintenance-Schedule_v4.pdf ) I bought the car at this dealership under the previous owner. The free inspection for the life of the car died with the ownership changed. At payment I was informed that a 3% fee would be added if I used a credit card. Had I known, I would have brought a check. Overall, I was not impressed. More

Recently I had Tahoe engine warranty work done, easy to schedule and so happy with the work - then my brakes started squealing - went in and got them turned(front) and replaced(rear), they continued to squ schedule and so happy with the work - then my brakes started squealing - went in and got them turned(front) and replaced(rear), they continued to squeal so took it back in, they were great about getting me in quickly, and double checking so that I ended up with new rotors no charge, the ones from the factory weren't good enough - SO happy they really took care of the problem instead of kicking it down the street - Great customer service More
