Although we did not come to an agreement, this was the best experience I could of hoped for while trying to buy a car. Simple, friendly, time-saving! Just left here, having nearly completed a purchase. BUYER BEWARE. Everything about this place is SHADY. Financial guy kept throwing docs at us to sign. When we refused the extended warranty, he verbati BUYER BEWARE. Everything about this place is SHADY. Financial guy kept throwing docs at us to sign. When we refused the extended warranty, he verbatim told us "Have you ever owned a jeep before? Good luck with that". Further into the document signing, he insisted the warranty state "As Is", even though the car was a year old and only had 11k miles. When we inquired why the factory warranty wasn't specified like every other vehicle we've ever purchased, he looked at us like we had 2 heads and told us that wasn't on them, we needed to read the car manual, and we "Had taken it for a test drive, and we didn't get into the glove box and read the entire manual?". Um, no. Who reads the entire manual on a test drive? We suggested getting the manual so we could read it before we continued. He said "That's not how I do it, we sign the documents first." Again, um no. SHADY SHADY. Again we insisted. At which point the sales manager came in and stated they would not put anything except "As Is". We relayed our concerns at what the financial guy had said, which he totally denied. I asked if he was calling me a liar, to which he responded "Yes I am." THE FINANCIAL EMPLOYEE LITERALLY CALLED ME A LIAR. Is that a new kind of sales pitch???? We purchase vehicles regularly, and I would NEVER BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. Ever. You know all those stereotypes of used car dealerships? I believe they originated with Marshall Dry Ridge Toyota. Good luck if you buy there. More

OIL CHANGE TRIED TO CALL AND SET UP AND APPOINTMENT TO GET MY OIL CHANGED. FIRST TIME PHONE RANG UNTIL IT WENT TO VOICE MAIL. HUNG UP AND TOUGHT I WOULD JUST CAL TRIED TO CALL AND SET UP AND APPOINTMENT TO GET MY OIL CHANGED. FIRST TIME PHONE RANG UNTIL IT WENT TO VOICE MAIL. HUNG UP AND TOUGHT I WOULD JUST CALL BACK LATER. SECOND CALL I GOT LADY WANTING TO PUT ME ON HOLD. I SAID OK AND I WAITED ABOUT 3 MIN. I HAD THINGS TO DO SO I HAD TO HANG UP AND TRY LATER. THIRD CALL I WAS ASKED TO BE PUT ON HOLD. I SAID NO. MY TIME IS VALUABLE TO ME. I CALLED BACK ONE MORE TIME AND WENT TO VOICE MAIL AGAIN. I LEFT A MESSAGES THIS TIME TO CALL ME AT MY NUMBER. I NEVER GOT THE CALL. More

Drove an hour one way for best service around! The Toyota dealerships in and around Cincinnati I.e. KINGS seem to think they are above good customer service. Fed up we went South about an hour from The Toyota dealerships in and around Cincinnati I.e. KINGS seem to think they are above good customer service. Fed up we went South about an hour from our home. Seems like a big inconvenience but we weren’t going to compromise on quality so it had to be a Toyota, and we thought why put up with Rude, Cocky, Arrogant Sales people and managers who can’t be bothered with the details and pricing we felt were part of good customer service. Going South was the best decision we made! Marshall Dry Ridge Toyota listened, attentively, from the sales manager down they have their act together and made the car buying experience great! Mike Butts our sales person did an amazing job, if he didn’t know an answer he was immediately finding it for us. The whole team there at Toyota was So attentive and so full of team spirit you felt like you were buying a car from family or really good friends, and they gave us a really fair price without needing to endlessly negotiate or walk out the door to see if they are going to call you the next day with a fair price. The team at Marshall Toyota In Dry Ridge Ky. truly want to sell cars and it shows. The car buying experience should be like this, a great happy feeling of accomplishment, and satisfaction! We found it not so close to home but more than worth the drive! More
Poor customer service I knew and understood my situation, explained it to the salesman I spoke with. Give him all of my information and yet he still tried to sell an automo I knew and understood my situation, explained it to the salesman I spoke with. Give him all of my information and yet he still tried to sell an automobile that was completely out of reach. The frustration behind it is the promises and guarantees made without listening and not reviewing any information. When the sale fell through I reached back out several times and never received a response. I am very great full for that as another dealership was able to get me exactly what I wanted without a false offer or waisted time. Thank you for the terrible experience. More
