They 1st offered 14k despite my car being in great shape and low milage, then 15.5k was suddenly the best they could do. Then I threatened to walk in five minutes and it's up to 16.2k. I walked, went to another dealership, saved $400 more off MSRP than their deal and got more money for my trade. The other Toyota dealership(their sister site in Hanover) had me in an out all within an hr. They also gave me a quote over the phone for my trade. More
