I took my S Class there for collision work. I was lied to and told the collision center was on site, my car was sent to SouthHampton Pa, to Churchville AutoBody. They did an excellent job, I me I was lied to and told the collision center was on site, my car was sent to SouthHampton Pa, to Churchville AutoBody. They did an excellent job, I mean an excellent job! I just wish the rep at Mercedes would have been honest. I drove a hour to bring my car there thinking the collision center was onsite, after being lied to. When I could have took it to a body shop of my choice, without a middle man, and potentially getting my deductible waived. More

There needs to be a better communication between the Body Shop and the Service Dept. I was told that the Repair of my car was finished but when I stopped by to pick up my car, only the body shop work was do Shop and the Service Dept. I was told that the Repair of my car was finished but when I stopped by to pick up my car, only the body shop work was done but other check up was not performed so I had to come back the second time to pick up my car. Otherwise everything else was good ! More
