The service at Naples Dodge was great. My service advisor John Rodriguez understood my vehicle's issues and and assured me they would be fixed correctly. He even had his technician Jose d My service advisor John Rodriguez understood my vehicle's issues and and assured me they would be fixed correctly. He even had his technician Jose do a ride along with me so he could hear a specific noise coming from my vehicle. They fixed the problem and I am very grateful for the service that I received from John and Jose. I'll be going back to Naples Dodge in the future for any other service my car. More
