David V. hosted a virtual walk through of my 2014 Ford Flex and pointed out all of the flaws on the car. Refreshingly honest! Then... 1.) He made sure the check engine light (due to O2 sensor gone bad) and TPMS system (pointed out during the walk through) was taken care of before my flight. 2.) He picked me up at the airport 3.) Went above and beyond to find a way to attach the temp tags on the exterior of the vehicle due to the tinted windows not allowing him to attach it on the interior. Pure class act! Then, Rachael K. Took care of me from a finance perspective. She was also very honest and made me feel comfortable with all of my options. These two are absolute gems! Do business with them. More
