Don’t go here. This place doesn’t deserve even one star. I highly recommended avoiding Nucar completely, unless you love to be frustrated! I called and made an appo This place doesn’t deserve even one star. I highly recommended avoiding Nucar completely, unless you love to be frustrated! I called and made an appointment by phone, all of my information was taken, and was confirmed I had an appointment for 5/10 at 9am. This was two weeks ago… I show up today to drop off my car and guess what I don’t have? An appointment. No apology from the person at the front desk, just a shrug and laugh. Didn’t try to do a thing. It’s not funny when your livelihood includes traveling and you don’t have a working car and have to start from square one even when you were proactive in the first place. I am appalled I was treated like this. I really hope I can help avoid this happening to anyone else. My advice is go elsewhere because there is 0% professionalism at this place. More

Service Department Bought 2019 Ford Edge for over 40,0000 it’s in need recall and problem need to be fixed. Made a appointment 1 1/2 week ago because of in need of a loa Bought 2019 Ford Edge for over 40,0000 it’s in need recall and problem need to be fixed. Made a appointment 1 1/2 week ago because of in need of a loaner car . Called the day before to drop off and was told no car available. Was told to call back that day and still no car don’t call this very good customer service. Had better service and work with you to solve problems at Nashua Ford ,made a big mistake buying a vehicle at Plymouth Ford! It’s a shame you try to stay local but you get treated terrible once they sell the vehicle you mean nothing to them . More
