November 2023 , I went to the dealer for oil change and noise like bearings. The service agent told me everything is good. I was a Master Technician and Teacher. Very unprofessional workers. And services take longer than other Nissans dealers. Workers bad mouth previous customers that were difficult before taking care of me. And I most likely will never be back unless it was desperate needs. I will say thanks for the rip off of diagnostic test because I was able to send my car to someone’s very cheap to fix what you guys had let me know was wrong and what exactly it needed.
