The dealer let me see the vehicle before detailing it for it's resale. Someone went home with the keys though so popping the hood had to be done another day. The next day I came back and look. All fluid leve it's resale. Someone went home with the keys though so popping the hood had to be done another day. The next day I came back and look. All fluid levels were low and the Need Maint. fault lamp was lit. They listed 7 items of service work performed to make her ready for resale. Brake rotors were the first comment the salesman mentioned in a text. But the new check off list handed to me the next day said they needed Immediate attention. There was three nails found embedded in 3 different tires before and during the test driving. No antenna for the radio and in a text from Marc I was lead to believe break services were done all the way around on the vehicle. Then another courtesy service inspection was done on them. That certified them to be only 20% worn down front and back. The previous service report said they needed Immediate attention. Someone also collapsed the cabin roof. It was found buckled inward on one of the back corners. I had to use 2 suction cups to pull it back out. Buying a used car for me has always been like a bad trip to xxxx and back. I jumped on this sale the minute it was up for grabs, and not waiting for possible markdowns. Just to get a better deal. They go fast on the market. I gave them over $18,000.00 for it and I still need a light weight tow hitch package. More

It was great working with Jacob and purchase my vehicle through him. I am upset at the fact that this car was a smoker’s vehicle and that was not disclosed to me nor was it on the CARFAX. The detailers sho through him. I am upset at the fact that this car was a smoker’s vehicle and that was not disclosed to me nor was it on the CARFAX. The detailers should have picked up that instead of trying to cover it up with air fresheners. Especially as a Certified Pre Owned vehicle. My family noticed the smell as soon as I opened the door when I bought the car home. Really embarrassing I should have been more observant. Still waiting on my second key, but Jacob is keeping me updated. He’s doing a good job! Just don’t know if would trust recommending the dealership to family or friends and doing any future business.
