I could tell from when I called they didn't want to look at my vehicle. They would not honor the warranty and wanted to charge almost $600 for a part that cost $132. Good experience with my salesman Wade. Terrible experience with the GM Shane. Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. Vehicle was delivered and once I noticed body/wheel damage I alert Terrible experience with the GM Shane. Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. Vehicle was delivered and once I noticed body/wheel damage I alerted my sales guy Wade. Wade passed along the info to his GM who promised to fix the wheel but accused me of damaging the body. Once I provided more pictures he got aggressive over the phone and then declined to even send payment for the wheel. Everyone else seemed to be professional and ethical until I dealt with the GM, Shane. I wouldnt recommend this dealership. I also reached out to senior management about this issue (Seth and Tatton) who never replied. Pretty disappointing transaction. More
