I brought my Porsche in for one problem and you found another 2 problems and never maneuver fixed the problem I brought it in for . When I called and made appt. I was told battery was covered by a warranty. My battery needed to be replaced and Cody Woods claimed I was 4k over the miles that Porsche would not I was told battery was covered by a warranty. My battery needed to be replaced and Cody Woods claimed I was 4k over the miles that Porsche would not cover the part. I was quoted 3k to replace and install the battery. I called Alpharetta Porsche and Dan said they would see if they could get it covered under a good claim warranty. The service experience mgr. at Perimeter told me to call the 800 if I had any complaints. I called the # he provided and she said he shouldn't have told me to call the actual repair location should provide me help and she asked to speak with him. He then told me to call the parts mgr. who was off to see what he could do for me. In the meantime, I was charged over $250 for a diagnosis and was told they can order battery and replace it next week but it was ok to drive until then. The next day my car broke down at a light blocking traffic and I had to call 911 for assistance. I called the parts mgr. and he was unapologetic to my situation and said service thought the vehicle was safe to drive until battery arrived. Since I broke down at 5pm and Perimeter doesn't have after hours drop off, I had to have car towed to Alpharetta Porsche. They were unable to cover battery but was very kind and provided me with good customer service. The parts mgr. called me the next day to tell me that the service guy was new since Stetson no longer worked there and that they can discount the battery for me. I provided that quote to Alpharetta and they matched it. I had to spend unnecessary money and endanger myself due to Perimeter negligence. They should of never told me that the car would be ok to drive with a low battery indicator light on. Please call me further to discuss as I can provide the names of everyone I dealt with. Thanks. Excellent customer experience. I was in the dealership during the service of my 2006 Porsche 911 Cabriolet and was looking at some of the new Porsche's in the showroom. A salesman, I was in the dealership during the service of my 2006 Porsche 911 Cabriolet and was looking at some of the new Porsche's in the showroom. A salesman, Mark Higgs, asked me if he could answer any questions that I might have. I asked about lead times on ordering a 2024 Porsche 718 Boxster and he provided me with some details on the process and the timing. He told me that I should complete a build on-line with the specific configuration and options and provide him with the Porsche ID for the build and he could check any availability. I assumed that there would not be an available vehicle that met my needs without ordering. Well, I was wrong - Mark was able to quickly locate a 718 Boxster S fully equipped with all the options I was looking for. I took a test drive the next day and was given a trade-in value for current vehicle, I quickly decided to move forward on the purchase. Mark was very easy to work on all the purchase details and Roman Williams, Finance Manger, was very efficient in handling all the paperwork. Also Jeremy Shipp, Product Specialist, answered all my questions about all the new car features and functions. An overall excellent experience from start to finish. More
Dealer service rep outstanding. Wait time to schedule service (1 week without loaner car, 5 weeks with loaner) is not what I have seen before in my many years of Porsche ownership. Wait time to schedule service (1 week without loaner car, 5 weeks with loaner) is not what I have seen before in my many years of Porsche ownership. The pandemic is over, there are many Macans in stock. There is no reason not to shorten wait times. If this is the new normal for Porsche, I will certainly look at other brands with better customer accommodations when I replace this vehicle. More
