I did not receive any paperwork of the job completed and when I texted back to JD I can see he is annoyed or it didn't care at all to solve the issue. More

Riata just started the new service program that includes pick up and delivery of your vehicle in addition to a video of the car services, the way other companies do it, and providing status and ETAs via tex pick up and delivery of your vehicle in addition to a video of the car services, the way other companies do it, and providing status and ETAs via text. They made the whole transaction transparent and very convenient and even the suggestions for additional services was less of a "hard sell" and more like actual recommendations. Great job! More
