We were in ILLINOIS visiting family when we had a problem with our Jeep. I called a dealership there for help. The diagnosed the problem over the phone. They said it was the thermostat and it would take 2 we with our Jeep. I called a dealership there for help. The diagnosed the problem over the phone. They said it was the thermostat and it would take 2 weeks to get the part. So I called Sands who said they could have it next day. That’s great but I’m in IL. Long story short, we decided to rent a car ($750) for our stay and tow the Jeep back home. Turns out it wasn’t the thermostat. Glad we brought it home to Sands. Everyone was very helpful even willing to overnight the thermostat to me in IL. More

All paperwork was ready upon our arrival and just as we agreed upon on pricing. Went so fast but never felt rushed when we had questions and they even took the time to go over the Jeep and all of it’s features including pairing our phone with U-connect. Will be returning for our next purchase for sure. More
