I bought a brand new Civic from Ty. Ty was great. However, the car had circular scratches all over the paint and the headlights had deep scratches. When brought to their attention, Ty w Ty was great. The general manager, whom was not going to speak to me until I requested, stated they were not giving a new headlight assembly but rather fix the scratched ones. The general manager was very short with me and non-apologetic. I brought my car in to get "fixed "and days later it was ready. It's not perfect and there are still scratches in the headlights. I'm not going to bother with it anymore because I do not have time and I really do like the car, but it's not brand new. It was damaged and it was not made new. It was fixed at my inconvenience With no apology nor "how can we make this right". I was told how they were going to make it right and if I did not like it, he would begrudgingly get me a new car without the upgrades of the one that I bought. I would not recommend this dealership. I was not treated well by the general manager and my brand new car was damaged. More
