I had an appointment for over a month and there was not rentals available while my truck is in for service. I was never told how long my inspection/ repair would take. I called around 1500 and asked for an rentals available while my truck is in for service. I was never told how long my inspection/ repair would take. I called around 1500 and asked for an update and they couldn’t give me an update. So I drove to the shop around 1730 and they also could not give me an update and told me everyone left at 1700. I was lucky enough to get my truck back with nothing done to the truck. Complete waste of my day and overall unsatisfied with the customer service provided at this location. More

I have had pretty good luck with oil changes and now this recall. They insist my truck doesn't have grease fittings and it does. I grease them myself and honestly wouldn't want them to do it because I figure recall. They insist my truck doesn't have grease fittings and it does. Takes too long. Appt at 8:30 @ 3:00 noone had touched it. So I went up there and took it home. Went somewhere else. The initial reason for my appointment was to get my AC fixed and I’m still having problems with my AC cutting off so it’s still works when it wants to. Also, if I use my AC to blow heat only two sides of fixed and I’m still having problems with my AC cutting off so it’s still works when it wants to. Upon arrival a temporary mat was placed in my vehicle to keep it clean. Although my car didn't pass inspection I was given all the information I needed to correct.
