Largely incompetent. Salesperson told me blatant lies, and my used car was sold to me with a error message saying I needed a new battery. Also, someone from the dealership called me the previous day asking if I was interested in discussing selling my vehicle while I was in for service. Why not inform me of the policy change at that time so I could bring a check with me? I view this as deceptive at worst and poor customer service at best. I will not be returning.
