Got an oil change, upon pickup was casually told there may be a major issue with my bearings. Wasn't given any more useful info. Had to go to a separate mechanic for an estimate and verification that the may be a major issue with my bearings. Wasn't given any more useful info. Had to go to a separate mechanic for an estimate and verification that the parts were bad and there was an issue. Total waste of time. Called back the next day for an approximate estimate and despite being there yesterday, I was told I needed to be there so they could provide an estimate. Are you serious that with information about the car yesterday, you can't provide an approximate estimate to me to day? I understand the price may fluctuate but don't blow me off and give me an insane number to get me off the phone. Used to think highly of this place but not now. More

Been getting service done here for the past few years, one instance they said I needed new tires - when I asked why they said since I haven't replaced my factory tires (I did from another retailer the mo one instance they said I needed new tires - when I asked why they said since I haven't replaced my factory tires (I did from another retailer the month before). This last trip I had my husband bring it in, because I feel like they have always tried to oversell me (some fuel treatments I fell for). My husband said we only wanted an oil change, not a tire rotation; Justin in the service department said that this was not a problem. My husband signed the paper without them changing in. Nearly 7 hours later I hadn't heard anything so I called Justin to see if it was ready, he said "I was just about to call you!" (Yeah right, when we showed up 30 minutes later it was still dripping wet from the car wash). My husband went in to pay, and Justin told him that the service package required I get a tire rotation and that he had to pay otherwise he would not give him my vehicle. It was closing time so all managers were gone, he paid, and I called a manager, Austin, that told me to reach out Monday. I did, he explained that it was required and did not understand my concern regarding being told one service would happen, and another one actually getting done to my car. Austin got upset, said "whatever" and hung up on me. I dont care about the money at this point, but being promised one thing - getting another delivered - then being disrespected when I complain is crazy to me. Currently looking into who else will take my complaint, as I don't want this to happen to others - especially if they give you more than an unbargained for tire rotation. Looking forward to switching service centers. More

There are many ‘used car lots’ around and you always hear the bad stories and experiences sometimes too late - usually after the sale has been made. Our dealings with Tony right from the very start were nothing but positive. His friendly and welcoming personality, non-pressure attitude, product knowledge, listening skill and integrity shone brightly. Coupled with incredible customer service skills we knew right from the very start that we were in good hands. The car we chose needed some some minor ‘clean up’ and all was done quickly and efficiency to our utmost satisfaction. Their detail department made the car look like brand new, and I am a very fussy person. Everyone we dealt with during the whole sales process were amazing.
