Thornton Automotive Service Center provided me immediate service on my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee when I experienced a flashing MIL indicator with the engine running very rough (plugs). The issue was that I was on my way to move my son home from college and had to get to Wilkes Barre (Wilkes University) that afternoon. I called several shops that were unable to assist, but Thornton took me in immediately, serviced the vehicle right away, and I was on my way to Wilkes by lunchtime. The staff was supportive and helpful and the experience proved to be very positive. The engine issue was a general maintenance issue with 111K on the Jeep, but the timing was not great for my needs. Thanks for understanding the importance of my timing that day, and thanks for taking care of my Jeep. More
